As a veteran‑owned and women‑led organization, we honor the diverse experiences within the military community. No matter your branch, background, or experience, you do not need to have deployed or seen combat to ask for help. Every military journey is different and every challenge is valid.
Our Mission
The Bob Haddock Troop and Family Support Foundation is dedicated to strengthening the lives of military service members, veterans, and their families by providing critical support during deployment, transition, and reintegration. We are committed to honoring their service through programs that promote resilience, relieve hardship, and foster a strong, connected community. Our mission is to ensure that no military family faces challenges alone, at home or abroad.
What We Do

Inspired by Bob Haddock
This foundation was created in honor of Bob Haddock, a man defined by generosity, humility, faith, and a deep commitment to helping others. Bob made Milwaukee his home and embraced the community wholeheartedly. He loved golf, classic cars, and the simple moments that brought people together. His belief in service and compassion guided every part of his life.
In accordance with his wishes, the foundation was started by his great‑niece using funds he personally set aside. With more than 20 years of military service herself, she knew exactly how to honor his legacy: by supporting military families with the same kindness and connection Bob lived every day.
His only request was simple and deeply reflective of who he was, that the money be used for the good of the community. That principle remains at the heart of everything we do.
